Over 20 years’ Copywriting experience

I’m a fulltime, trained and experienced freelance Copywriter – Niki Mareko – based in Christchurch, NZ.

As Ideas Unlimited, I work directly with clients and in collaboration with agencies; creating wording for Website and online content, Print collateral, Video and Radio. One of my strengths is my genuine interest in learning about a client’s business, in order to create content combining style AND substance.

Initially I trained in Broadcasting Communications – gaining an ‘A’ Pass at the highly-regarded NZ Broadcasting School, in Christchurch. I also have a Diploma in Freelance Journalism, from the NZ Institute of Business Studies. My writing career has included working as a Creative Director – leading a team of Copywriters and Studio Engineers.

My interest in writing for a mix of mediums, developed into freelance Copywriting… I love the variety! I am equally happy creating written content, or Editing and Proofing existing copy. I also provide advice regarding concepts and strategy.
